MISSING PAPERWORK
Often we can locate missing paperwork at the courthouse or re-establish lost documents.
LATE PAYERS
This is a common occurrence with notes. We have systems in place to make sure it doesn’t slow us down.

We regularly buy notes where a property owner has stopped making regular payments. Don’t worry, your note still has value.

There is rarely an issue that can stop us. We work closely with title attorneys and regularly buy notes that larger companies are unable to close.

ABOUT MEXIA

Mexia, Texas was named after General José Antonio Mexía, a Hispanic hero for the Republic of Texas Army during the Texas Revolution, the town was founded near his estate. The city’s motto, based on the fact that outsiders tend to mispronounce the name, is “A great place, no matter how you pronounce it.” The city’s attractions include Fort Parker Historical recreation, the Confederate Reunion grounds, and Mexia State Supported Living Center. Mexia is also home to the Mexia Public Schools Museum, one of a few museums dedicated to the historical and social significance of a Texas public school system. Mexia hosts a large Juneteenth celebration every year. The city has enjoyed steady growth in both its population and local economy since the 1990’s. Mortgage and loan buyers in Mexia have also seen steady growth. As local Texans, the folks at Alamo Note Buyers offer a superior understanding of State laws, to get you through the process of selling your note faster than anyone else!
We help Texas note sellers turn their problems into cash, even with late payers, non payers, and missing paperwork!
